NCMETCON
HIGH INTENSITY
TRAINING
NCMETCON is our high intensity functional training program built for maximum results and maximum variety. Workouts combine high-powered functional movements with a variety of strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning.
NCMETCON classes are designed on a 60 minute timeline and include a detailed daily class plan.
Our NCMETCON and NCX classes are paired with a DAILY DETAILED SESSION PLAN for each workout.
EACH SESSION PLAN INCLUDES: Coach and Athlete Notes, Workout Highlights and Stimulus, Timeline, Warm-Up, Teaching Demos/Notes, as well as Movement Adjustments.
NCX
STRENGTH +
CONDITIONING
NCX is our strength & conditioning track designed to get you strong & fit. NCX workouts combine traditional strength training followed by a full-body conditioning workout. You’ll know what to expect, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be any easier. Warm up, lift, then sweat.
NCX classes are designed on a 60 minute timeline and include a detailed daily class plan.
NCFLEX
BODYBUILDING
NCFLEX is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program only available at NCFIT! Workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day will consist of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of NCFLEX is simple – all gains, zero stress!
NCFLEX workouts are designed on a 90 minute timeline.
NCCOMP
COMPETITORS
NCCOMP is our Competitors Track that is a carefully balanced prescription of conditioning, gymnastic skill development, and strength training for the competitor.
NCCOMP consists of 3 daily parts – A. Conditioning, B. NCMETCON, and C. Strength/Skill Work. Workouts a designed on a 90 minute timeframe.
