Kids from 12-18 years of age that are on a lookout for activities outside
of school or wanting to improve in their chosen sport, we have the program
for you.
Session times are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 3:30-4:15pm
This is for all fitness levels, boys and girls.
We’re all about changing the way kids think about their health and fitness.
It is our aim to teach the basic principles of exercise and to improve their health across the following 10 components of fitness which are: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
During the 2 week program, your children will be introduced to more complex movements and enjoy a more structured workout that really starts to test their fitness capabilities, perfect for teens that want an advantage for their chosen sport. They will be using a range of equipment from barbells to kettlebells and taught to execute these movements safely.
